  • Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
  • What are your shipping and processing times?

Shipping Times

Generally orders will take 7 - 21 days in transit to be delivered. 

 Processing Times
Orders generally take 2-3 business days to process & package after placing the order before shipping out. We do not process or ship out orders on weekends.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

  • How do I track my order?

Keeping track of your order is easy. Simply go to the Track Order page, enter your order # and email (the same email where you got your order # from), and hit "Track". Here you will be able to see live updates to where your order is currently at. 


  • Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors (including COVID-19) might cause shipping delays which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
