You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. You can send a cancellation request to us at email@example.com or via the form on our Contact page.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days after receiving your order. We will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue you a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections or weather can sometimes cause delays.
You are able to submit a return request within 30 days of receipt. You must provide us with your order number in order for us to set up a return authorization. Returned items must be in new condition and not used. We will issue your refund within 1 week of receiving your return after inspection. Items that are returned used or damaged are subject to a 20% Worn Item Fee deducted from your refund amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
